Are you behind a corporate proxy?
If you look to the bottom-right of the dialog box that pops up, it reads ‘Configure authentication proxy’ - this should give you further options if so.
@nova - Please try to login on testops with same credentials, if you are able to login on testOps then please restart your system and try to login again on Katalon studio.
