Unknown problem with iOS (Real devices) in Katalon Studio for testing.

Good day, Dear support
I’m having a problem with connecting an iPhone. I completely followed the instructions on official website of Katalon Studio

And Katalon Studio did detect my device and I entered the correct application ID then I click “Start”

But it pop up error window below, Please help to find out, Thanks
