Being a consumer for your significant tool for automation testing since a year ago.
We are confronting an issue while utilizing the already activated tool, according to last email reference one will be able to use prior version.
with only concern of no more support available.

Would you be able to please help in getting the equivalent settled ASAP.
I am using version 5.10.1 and when I run Katalon it asks for activation.
I enter my email and my password but I do not access.
I have tried resetting the password.
What could be the problem?

We are trying to open katalon using already activated getting the error for incorrect email id or password.
Even tried resetting the same, still no luck.
