unable to start application. an unknown server side error accured while processing the command in appium.

please help…

Have you t ried some troubleshooting steps from this guide: https://docs.katalon.com/display/KD/Creation+of+Test+Object+in+Object+Repository+in+Runtime? I suppose your issues related to item #4 or #5

Am getting similar error on Mac with android device (Samsng s7 edge), followed the steps in troubleshooting, i dont know what else to do to fix this issue!

Yes, i have added this property but still seem to get this error.
Developer options - turned on in the android device
Appium - path set to the correct folder in Katalon
