Hello,

I encountered this issue when running using Mobile Recorder with the local device.

After click Start, the app started on my phone and run by itself.It successfully goes to the splash screen and the next screen.However, it stops when reaching the second screen.

I also noticed that under the object section there is no object listed and all available action become disable.

Error message :
Unable to start the application on this device.An unknown server-side error occurred while processing command

By clicking the Refresh next to the Device Name field, the available Action Section is now enabled.

However, the section for All Object is still empty.This time the application on my device is not running up.

Please put the .apk in user folder or run Katalon Studio by administrator mode.
