Unable to set the Test Suite Collection Report Folder

Hello,
event after having set the “reportFolderPath” in the command line, the Test Suite Collection Report Folder is always created and updated in the root folder of the project.
When we change the reportFolderPath, we have as many folders created as test suite.
3 test suite = 3 folders

the root Test Suite Collection Report Folder is not there.

Is there an advice to modify the location of the Test Suite Collection Report Folder ?
