Unable to open test suites Katalon 9.3.2

I can’t open any test suite in Katalon 9.3.2.
Not for existing projects nor for new projects.
Multiple users in my organisation are facing this problem

The error log shows this exception: org.eclipse.swt.SWTException: Widget is disposed

I have read this article but it didn’t resolve my problem:

Deleting files in reports file hasn’t worked
Changing names of test suites hasn’t worked
I don’t get a chrome dll error
Restarting Katalon hasn’t worked

Can anyone help me please?

*Operating System
Windows server 2019 standard

*Katalon Studio version
9.3.2
