Unable to connect and send email using gmail

Hi, Since Google Less secure apps is not supported now I am unable to connect my email with the App Password here is my setting

As observing here Share test reports via email in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs, I guess you should try “Protocol - TLS” instead of “SSL”. Hope help!

Hi @Elly_Tran! Am facing a similar issue here with Katalon version 8.6.0. These below are my configurations for Outlook

And this is the error I keep getting.

I’ve tried using SSL and None under “Protocol”, I’ve also tried with Port 25 as per the documentation, I’ve also tried to configure with Gmail and Yahoo, but that error message persists and emails do not come through still.

Any ideas?
