Unable to achieve step 'View test suite execution reports' in Professional level certification

*Summary
I created few test suites and generated reports in all 4 formats ‘HTML’, ‘CSV’, CSV (details), PDF. For Professional level, 50 reports are expected however on 5th Feb I have generated more than 15 reports still the count has increased by only 1. Not sure how to complete this step 'View test suite execution reports.

Note: My free trial’s last date is 6th Feb

*Steps to reproduce
Login to Katalon Studio with email id and password.
Go to Certifications tab
On this page all 3 certifications along with milestones to achieve will be displayed as well as progress will be displayed
Go to Katalon Studio Testes Explorer
Go to Test Suites
Open Test Suite
Execute Test Suite
Go to Result tab
View result in all 4 formats

To view test suite execution reports in Katalon Studio, follow these steps:

1. After executing a test suite, go to the “Reports” section in the Tests Explorer (View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).
2. The reports are organized into folders with execution dates in the format YYYYMMDD_HHmmss, with the most recent execution on top(View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs (Viewing Test Suite Reports - Katalon Studio | Software Testing Material).
3. Double-click on a report to open ([WebUI] Analyze Test Suite Reports and Resolve Errors in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).
4. In the opened report, you’ll see the following components:

Test Cases Table

• Lists all executed test cases with their execution statuses (Passed, Failed, Error, Incomplete, Skipped ([WebUI] Analyze Test Suite Reports and Resolve Errors in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs)[(View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).
• You can filter the results based on these statuses(View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).

Summary Tab

• Provides information about the executed environment and a summary of the execution result(View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).
• Includes details such as Test Suite ID, Hostname, Local OS, Platform, Start/End times, and total test case counts7.

Execution Settings Tab

• Shows settings for execution browsers/devices(View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).

Execution Environment Tab

• Displays additional information about the executed system(View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).

5. To view detailed logs for a specific test case:

• Select an iteration in the Test Case Table
• Click "Show Test Case Details(View test suite and test suite collection reports in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs)

6. For Katalon Studio Enterprise users, you can also access the Analytics tab, which provides insights fetched from Katalon TestOps about the overall performance of the test suite[(View test suite analytics in Katalon Studio | Katalon Docs).

Remember, you can also view reports directly inside each test suite page by going to the Result tab after execution

I refreshed the progress report however still the count of reports is 8/50. However, I viewed almost 50 reports.

Can you try to click on the reports generated inside Katalon Studio in the Report folder? It works for another user: Get stuck with the requirement "View test suite execution reports (46/50) for the Professional Level Certification"
