Get stuck with the requirement “View test suite execution reports (38/50) for the Professional Level Certification”

Hi Katalon Team,

I have run the test suites and checked the test suite execution report hundreds of times but my progress is still stuck at 38/50, how do I get rid of this blocker to get the certificate?

Hello there!

How are you checking the test Suite results? Directly from KSE or opening them on TestOps? I dont remember how i get mine, but i tipically open the reports on TestOps.

I checked with both directly on KSE and testops both. Till now i had checked more than 100 testsuit reports. But it got stucked at 38.

Hmmm, ok.

Lets try this..

  1. Double-check that the user logged in KSE is the same you are trying to achieve the Certification.

  2. Try creating a new test suite from scratch, with some new test-case. (I dont know the details but maybe there must be new tests case reports each)

As @dineshh said, Cert. Program is goint to be redone in some levels, due to upcomming changes in the Platform. This could have some impact in the metrics tracking maybe.

You must connect with @viet.nguyen or katalon support. It happens sometimes and katalon needs to check or update

Hi @shashi.kumar,

Opening a test suite report in the Report folder in Katalon Studio will count.

Could you try opening a few more? Ping me again if it doesn’t work.
