What to submit
- 2–3 min walkthrough video (how you set it up, key gotchas)
- 1 short intro paragraph + photo that shows your expertise (e.g., “Slack master,” “Jenkins pro”) so people know who you are.
- Repo/pipeline snippet (Jenkinsfile, GitHub Actions/GitLab/Azure YAML)
What to cover (short & practical)
- Your master stack: CI, VCS, notifications, tracker (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Slack, Jira
- Pipeline highlights: parallelism/matrix, secrets, caching, fail gates, artifacts to TestOps
- Proof: passing build screenshot + alert (Slack/Teams/Jira) + sample config/snippets
- Tips: gotchas, time-savers, how you handle flaky tests or envs
