Hi everyone,

We know you ship as a team — tell us how you collaborate while using Katalon (branching, reviews, DoD, rituals). We’ll feature your story in a carousel of wins and shout you out in our Trial Hub!

What to share

  • Branching: trunk-based, release branches, test ownership by component
  • Reviews: PR checklist for tests, CODEOWNERS, flaky-stopper rules
  • Definition of Done (tests): coverage, tags, data setup, reliability gates
  • Anything teamwork: pairing, CI triage ritual, ownership dashboards

Show, don’t tell (keep it snackable)

  • 1–2 minutes video, showing 3–5 bullets: problem → approach → result (PR review, branch model, dashboard, gate pass)
  • Optional snippet (checklist, CODEOWNERS, gate rule)

How to submit

  1. Post in this thread with title [Team Collab]

  2. Add your bullets + screenshots/snippet

  3. Wait for our review and receive rewards

Reward

We’ll also be awarding +50 Kudos for each submission once it’s approved.

We’ll pick the most actionable stories for the carousel and feature them in our Trial Hub. Feel free to ask questions if any.
