Hi everyone! :waving_hand: We all love a good notification, but at what point does it turn into “notification fatigue”? When your pipeline fails, do you want a ping in Slack, or a bug already waiting for you in Jira?

The struggle is real: balancing real-time awareness with actual productivity. Which tool helps your team solve bugs faster rather than just adding to the noise?

My Take: I’m a Jira integration loyalist. :bullseye: While Slack is great for instant “hey, it broke” vibes, the Katalon-Jira sync allows you to link test results and screenshots directly to tickets. It turns “something failed” into “here is the fix” instantly. If it’s not in the backlog, does it even exist?

Whatever is used in the project, we actually dont have any choice , do we?

we use Jira for tracking and Team and slacks for communication, internal team use slack and external teams use teams. so i have option to configure it anywhere

depending on enterprise messaging/communication platform, it varies. katalon should have integration for most/top/widely used app(Stats can help to find the app)

It depends on what the enterprise asks or project dependencies, but personally I prefer JIRA integration.
