TimeOut Exception

We have many instances where we used to get timeout exception in our reports and because of that the steps for test cases are failing

What may be the reason for these timeOut exception. We have automated salesforce based application and do not see any issue with Application

Our automation developer has also done the timeout setting as project level but still sometime timeout exceptions occurs in the reports and test case fails

I think more information is required to address this. Can you share an example of the test code that throws the exception, as well as the HTML for the element you are trying to locate?

This exception really only occurs when selenium cannot find an element within a given period of time.
