Time out when navigate to URL

Hi ,
I have written test case for my project, but when I try to enter one page via URL or Entrance, it takes too much time to load and will be time-out most time. There are banners and other elements on the page, do they cause this? The time out issue also occurs when Integrated with Jenkins. I really want to get your help.

The Katalon vision is 5.7.1 and 6.2.1, and Chrome vision is Version 76.0.3809.100.
My code is one sample WebUI.navigateToUrl(URL).
