I did the TestOps with a configured Test Cloud tunnel scheduled execution with the local and private domains, but the activity is still not completed.

I have the same problem that the test run in TestCloud is stuck:
Katalon Studio shows the test run as complete, but TestCloud doesn’t. My only options is to terminate the test run, after which i don’t see any stats or failures for the test run anymore.

Thank you for letting me know again. Which Ks version are you using? If possible, can you share the steps to reproduce, recording, …?
I’m using Katalon Studio Enterprise 9.7.3.
The steps to reproduce are:
- Run the Katalon Tunnel using
kt start - Open a Katalon test suite collection
- Select TestCloud as the Environment
- Execute. It never finishes for me.

Hi @rsinnema, To confirm, are you running a test suite collection within KSE 9.7.3 and then uploading the report to TestOps for monitoring?
I suggest to rerun your test using KSE 9.7.4 and let us know if the issue persists. If so, please give us the error log and your email for further investigation. Thanks.

I upgraded to the latest version (10.0.1 at the time) and got the same results. Since the test suite collection runs in TestCloud, not locally, that doesn’t surprise me.
@rsinnema To help us troubleshoot the issue you’re experiencing, please re-run your tests using the latest KSE versions: 9.7.4 for KSE 9 or 10.1.0 for KSE 10. These versions contain recent improvements that may address the issue you’re encountering.
