[System Maintenance Alert] TestCloud Database Maintenance - April 14, 2024

Hi Community members, :wave:

Please be informed that our team will be performing a system maintenance on the TestCloud database on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 1:00 AM (UTC). As a result, there will be a one-hour service outage for TestCloud functionalities.

Other parts of TestOps, including login to Katalon Studio, will remain fully functional during this time.

Here’s what you can expect during the maintenance window:

  • You will be unable to schedule new test runs.
  • You will be unable to view or upload mobile native apps.
  • You will be unable to access the Execution/History page.

We recommend you to save your work beforehand and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you are currently a free Katalon user, please reach out to us at: community@katalon.com during this time if you have any issues.

For our paid customers, we advise you to reach out to our Support team via our Support Portal.
