[System Maintenance Alert] TestCloud Database Maintenance - May 19, 2024

Hi Community members, :wave:

Please be informed that our team will be performing a system maintenance on the TestCloud database on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 1:00 AM (UTC). As a result, there will be a one-hour service outage for TestCloud functionalities.

Other parts of TestOps, including login to Katalon Studio, will remain fully functional during this time.

Here’s what you can expect during the maintenance window:

  • You will be unable to schedule new test runs.
  • You will be unable to view or upload mobile native apps.
  • You will be unable to access the Execution/History page.

After this maintenance, TestCloud infrastructure will have additional static IP addresses for better availability and load balancing.

If you have been doing IP address whitelisting following the instructions of Network configuration for TestCloud in our documentation below:

Please consider altering your existing firewall rule(s) and add these below IP addresses beside the existing one:

:pushpin: For any whitelist entries of 34.197.223.43, please add (keep the existing) 54.82.166.185 and 3.230.98.218

:pushpin: For any whitelist entries of 34.236.12.143, please add (keep the existing) 44.223.117.82, 107.21.215.109 and 44.222.19.4

:pushpin: For any whitelist entries of 52.20.65.100, please add (keep the existing) 3.215.206.237, 34.197.20.29 and 44.194.125.0
