Does the cost of this pertain to the use of Katalon in CI/CD with tools like Jenkins? Or does the Runtime cost mean that in order to run Katalon from the command line on your desktop you would need to purchase the Runtime Engine?

Katalon is now becoming a licensed tool as majority of the enterprises run on CLI mode. Nothing in this world is free anymore.
