I’m facing the Fail to start Appium server in 30 seconds issue. I’m using nvm to install npm 16.13.0 as my development app project is using npm 10.xx.xx. can’t use the default homebrew method to install npm due to this.
I was able to use Xcode 13.3, but had to upgrade to 14.x due to an internal requirement. I’m also using M1 MacBook Pro, and macOS Ventura. So I am unable to run Xcode 13.4.1 or older.
My paths are:
which node
/User/{username}/.nvm/version/node/v16.13.0/bin/node
*Katalon Console shows correct path for node.
which appium
/User/{username}/.nvm/version/node/v16.13.0/bin/appium
*Unable to see Katalon Console details for appium. Fail to start Appium in 30 seconds. Tried 60 seconds too.
appium-xcuitest-driver path
/User/{username}/.appium/node_module/appium-xcuitest-driver
*Already followed this (Building WebDriverAgent for real iOS devices with Appium 2.0 and Xcode 14)
