Recoder Web is not working

Hello @all,
I am trying to use the Recoder web but its not capturing my actions on website, Please see video


I am using Katalon studo free 9.7.1, I have already installed Katalon recoder extention as well

Not sure where to check the error log, From Event log I can see this
chromedriver is located at default location: C:\Users\PradeepKayam.katalon\packages\Katalon_Studio_Free_Windows_64-9.7.1\Katalon_Studio_Free_Windows_64-9.7.1\configuration\resources\drivers\chromedriver_win32\chromedriver.exe. In case your browser is updated to a newer version, please use this command to update chromdriver: --config -webui.autoUpdateDrivers=true

Client is a Selenium Socket

FYI: Recoder is working on new session but not on Active session

@p.kayam Pradeep, I faced the same issue last day, it’s happening only in active web recording and not in new recording. There is no file getting generated as there are no actions getting recorded.

Hi @p.kayam ,

Please remove the Katalon Recorder extension from your Chrome browser and install the Katalon Compact Utility Kit extension from below link:

After that, please try recording again using the Active Chrome Browser.
