When you tried to start, did you get an error log? The error log can be found at:
main menu Help > Error Log
It may be that your browser’s Web Driver and Katalon’s Web Driver are not the same version. If that is the concern, use the main menu to update your Web Driver(s).
main menu Tools > Update WebDrivers
are you launching driver locally or remote?
I assume it would be due to the below reasons
1- Is the server with the said IP reachable ?
2- Browser mismatch can lead to startup failures
3-And as per above comments , update the webdriver
i’ve did update webdriver but i have same issue what i should do
What version of KS are you using? What browser are you trying to start? Did you do the upgrade of your browser using KS, or did you do it manually?
Can you give us a view of your error log? The error log can be found at:
main menu Help > Error Log
The more information you can give us, the better chance we have of remembering an instance we had that can assist you!
