Offline Activation without Internet Connection

Hi,

Currently I want to setup “Katalon Studio” into my Virtual Machine (VM), but my VM didn’t have any internet connection. I already purchased “Katalon Studio” and I want to do for the offline activation.

In the forum, the only package I can found as below: https://download.katalon.com/free/9.3.2/release/Katalon_Studio_Free_Windows_64-9.3.2.zip
https://download.katalon.com/9.3.2/Katalon_Studio_Windows_64-9.3.2.zip

Do you have the latest version package ? So I can direct download the package and setup into my VM include for the offline activation.

:cross_mark: There is NO “offline installer” package — even for offline use, you must first download the standard Enterprise installer on an internet-connected machine. The activation is what happens offline, not the installation.

:white_check_mark: Here’s the process for offline activation

:white_check_mark: Step-by-Step Guide:

:one: Download the Installer (on an internet-connected machine)

  • Enterprise Edition (requires login):
    → Go to Katalon Customer Portal → “Downloads” tab → Get “Katalon Studio Enterprise” (Windows 64-bit).
    (The Free Edition links you found will NOT work — Enterprise has offline activation features)

  • Latest Version: 10.5.1 (released July 2025).
    (Do NOT use 9.3.2 — it’s outdated and lacks modern offline activation)

:two: Transfer the Installer to Your VM

  • Copy the .exe installer (e.g., Katalon_Studio_Enterprise_Windows_64-10.5.1.exe) to your offline VM via secure transfer (USB, network share, etc.).

  • Install Katalon Studio normally on the VM.

:three: Generate Offline Activation Request

On the offline VM:

  • Launch Katalon Studio → Go to Help → License Management.

  • Enter your License Key (from your Katalon purchase email).

  • Click “Offline Activation” → “Generate Request File”.

  • Save activation_request.txt to a USB drive.

:four: Activate Online (on an internet-connected machine)

On a separate internet-connected machine:

:five: Complete Activation on VM

Back on the offline VM:

  • In Katalon Studio (Help → License Management), click “Import Response File”.

  • Select activation_response.txt → Activation is complete! :white_check_mark:

:warning: Critical Notes:

Item Requirement
Edition Must use Enterprise Edition (Free edition cannot be activated offline)
License Key Must be a floating license or enterprise license (check your purchase email)
Version Use 10.5.1 — older versions (like 9.3.2) have deprecated activation workflows
Portal Access Offline activation requires the Customer Portal — ensure your license is linked to your Katalon account

  • Using Free Edition installers (they lack Enterprise license support).

Please make sure the steps is updated, as I already try is not working for me.
1.) Download the Installer (on an internet-connected machine)
→ Go to Katalon Customer Portal → “Downloads” tab → Get “Katalon Studio Enterprise” (Windows 64-bit).
I have login for this “Katalon Store”, but it appear the message below and I cannot find any place for the “Downloads“ tab.

On the offline VM:

  • Launch Katalon Studio → Go to Help → License Management.
  • Enter your License Key (from your Katalon purchase email).
  • Click “Offline Activation” → “Generate Request File”.

For this portion I cannot find the “License Management” settings, how do I proceed for this ? You may refer below images:
