Not able to login to trial verion

Hi team when trying to login to login with the trial version.
I am getting following error.

That login portal looks unfamiliar to me. From where did you land here?

most likely auth flow issue, not your account

give it a try:

  • Use “Continue with Email” (avoid Google/GitHub first)
  • Use “Login from Browser” → this usually fixes it

if still failing:

  • Check system time + disable VPN
  • Clear .katalon folder
  • Update Katalon Studio

still no luck? → re-activate trial or login via TestOps first

Using the browser login method is generally more stable as it handles authentication through your default system security settings, which often bypasses any internal app connectivity issues.
