I downloaded Katalon Studio Fee 9.5.0 Build 217, and am trying to activate it via Google using the ‘Login from Browser’ option (in fact, there is no other option but this). In the ensuing popup window, on selecting Login via Google and entering the Google credentials, the page simply hangs (with the loading indicator going on continuously) until it times out. I am not behind a proxy either. Anyone else have faced a similar problem, and any way to resolve this? I’ve attached a screenshot below.
Thank you. Even the download via the Git link has the same problem - the ‘Login from Brower’ option hangs after one enters the credentials. The only difference I saw was that in the authentication pop-up it shows two additional buttons to login via License server or Offline license. Also, this seems to be an Enterprise Edition with a 30 day trial and not the free one?
Hi im facing this issue also with Katalon Free Version 9.5.0. But i can login from browser. It Just that i cannot login to the application keep loading. Attached is the screenshot. Please let me know if theres any additional information needed from my side. Thank you.
Your image says that you have the 30-day free trial version of KS Enterprise. Are you sure you downloaded the Katalon Studio Free version? (The Katalon Studio Free download button is just below the 30-day free trial version of KS Enterprise.)
