katalon is not able to validate the Jira account . Tried to connect with and without Proxy settings. In both cases it shows Invalid User account. I am able to login with same users credentials to Jira Cloud. Does anyone else encountered this issue while trying to integrate Jira with Katalon? It would be really appreciated if someone could provide a solution to this.

Were you using email when validating JIRA account? Please try to use the username instead.
