JIRA Integration: Always error shown 'Account is not valid'

I am using Katalon Studio and JIRA verion.
When try to integrate JIRA in Katalon, always thrown ‘Account is not valid…’. But with same account details, I am able to login in JIRA software website.

Also tried with TestOps and JIRA integration. There error is shown ‘Connection failed. Please check the JIRA setting’

Please suggest the way to resolve this problem.
