Need help with Expert Certification tasks in the new TestOps design

Can somebody help me complete these two tasks?

I’m doing them as part of the requirements for the Katalon Expert Certificate, but the TestOps page uses the new design, and the documentation is still for the old version. I’ve been struggling for days to finish them.

Inside your System Configuration you can see the Agent & Tunnel features.

In my case its under the URL: https://`AccountNumber`.katalon.io/admin/system/configurations/testcloud/agent

Yes, I have it. But I can’t create automated test runs; they’re all incomplete.

Lets start with some basics…

For you to run tests using Tunneling mode you first have to start your Agent running in your local PC. Once you download the agent, run it trough CMD.
