Last step counted as failed if some of previous step fails

## OS: Windows 10

## Katalon Studio version: 5.9.0 and 5.9.1

I observe following issue with Log view/report result in Katalon studio

## Steps

* Test is executed

* One of test steps fails

* Check result of last step

## Result: Last step is counted as failed with error from first failed step

## Expected result: Last step passes

## Additional info:

If I add extra step (delay) at the end of my test case, it’s verdict is failed. Test step which was last step before modification is verdict as pass now.

This started to happen with 5.9.0 and 5.9.1 versions

With 5.8.6 version I didn’t observe this issue.

I noticed this in the mobile suite on the version previous to 9.1, if one script in the mobile suite fails, the others fail. I have not yet tested in 9.1

Did you find a solution to this? I am having the same issue and I am wondering if it has to do with my “Continue_On_Failure”

Any thoughts?

No, I haven’t found solution on this. It still happens in my environment.

i have found the Same Problem with my testcase, i’m new here is there a good way to post log files of the execute so that is readable.

I also see the same issue. It causes unnecessary steps to appear as failed.
