Katalon's UI doesn't keep panels position

Steps to reproduce:

When user drag “Job Progress” to an other position, below test explorer for example…

Expected Behavior:

Next time the program starts should be into the same position.

Actual Behavior:

Instead of this, “Job Progress” goes back to it’s initial position.

Confirmed. This bug has always been there.

@Jass @duyluong You might recall I mentioned this annoyance in our meeting late last year. I often rearrange editor panes (in my case across 4 monitors) and KS never remembers them. In addition, when a pane is detached and closed, next time I restart/update KS, the pane is put back so I have to remove it again.

You might consider making it one developers sole task to give the IDE some love for 6 months at least.
