Katalon TestOps throws access denied and not able navigate to projects

Hi …After I login to the Katalon Testops..it throw access denied after login and no projects displayed and also not able to view dashboard. Kindly someone help..

Note: I tried in chrome and as well in Incognito browser

I currently don’t have a Free, Guest, or Paid license for Katalon TestOps. I’m trying to obtain one so I can proceed with the Expert Level Certification. That’s why I’m reaching out here for help or guidance.

It doesn’t come with free version.

Thank you for the clarification Monty. I understand that TestOps access is not included with the free version. I also came across a community post mentioning that premium access might be obtained through Katalon Kudos points. However, due to time constraints, I may not be able to accumulate enough points in time to proceed with the Expert Level Certification.

As previously mentioned, if there’s any possibility of getting Guest or short-term Paid access—perhaps for 10 to 15 days—specifically to complete the certification, I would truly appreciate your support.

If such an option isn’t available, kindly let me know so I can respectfully step back from pursuing this certification path at this time and focus my efforts elsewhere.

Thanks for your interest in our Katalon Certification Program. As we cater along side with our business growth and product roadmap, Katalon Expert Certification is now only accessible to our licensed users. We, however, are developing a new certification to cater better needs for our free and trial users. Hope this helps!
