Katalon Studio and TestOps integration Jira Add-On installation fails without details.

Hi, ssubotic,

I added the Katalon Studio and TestOps integration plugin for Jira just now and everything work just fine, I would recommend the following:

  1. Check the internet setting if needed, this could be some security policies blocking the access.
  2. Install order should be according to the doc requirement https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-studio/docs/jira-integration.html#configure-jira-integration.
  3. If it still not working, please try troubleshooting from the Atlassian side, since you download from within Jira this should be concerning Atlassian’s internal process.
