Katalon Recording is not able to record ...getting error "Your browser does not support frames" in console

Hi,

I want to use record and playback,But once I start recording after entering the url the page gets disabled and it does not allow to click on anywhere.In console I am getting error “Your browser does not support frames.”
I tried this in firefox and chrome browser latest version.
Any idea how to solve this?

Are u using Katalon recorder or Katalon studio web recorder? - also what version of recorder are you using ?

I am using Katalon studio web recorder. Katalon version is 5.10.1.

Does this happen on every page or just on a particular page ? If so can yo u share the page so we can reproduce it ?
