Selenium web driver open web page, driver.navigate(url) in less than 2 seconds. Where Katalon takes over 30 secs some time fails to load page times out.??

Iām having a similar issue, in 3 out of 10 test cases, the page is failing to load because it takes the page too long to respond.
Has anyone found a solution for that?
