Gotcha, thanks for your quick response, appreciate your help. My colleague shared with me to do the download for the .crx instead and then activate Developer Mode on the Chrome extensions page and then drag and drop the .crx into the page and it installs on Chrome, wooo hooo this worked 
Hi, I have managed to get approval on KCU and I was able to download and install in Chrome. The extension is active.
I have set up desired caps for Chrome. chrome://version says I use Default profile
Still Iām having issues starting Chrome. (Which is weird because previously Chrome was able to open after the warning msg that the smartwait unpacked extensions are disabled)
Do you have any suggestion maybe? thank you
