Integration Katalon with TestRail no working for me

Anyone can help me to integrate Katalon with testrail using plugin or another?
I am already following the documentation on Katalon, but not working for me. In the TestRail the result it’s not updated. Thank you

Could you please tell me what have been configured? Some screenshot would help.

Also, if possible please share the .log file.

It looks like your test suite does not start with R_ID or S_ID. Please see the integration guide here
