How we can enter input values in Windows sign in fields on web UI

Hi,Need Assistance- I am not able to enter my inputs in windows sign in fields which comes when i launch the my browser. Could you please help me out to find the solution. It is blocker for me. Your earliest response in this regard would be highly appreciated.
