How to update the OLD katalon version with new one

Hello,
1.Please share the step by step instructions for the Updatation.
2.Also share , How to get the last created project ,so we get the original project.

Our next release 5.4 will allow you to auto-update, so you won’t need to re-download Katalon Studio again.

Now i am using the Katalon version 5.0. suppose if i am not update the my katalon version, till upcoming release i.e. 5.4 then can my katalon will update automatic?
