How to handle getting data from excel sheet according to the selected

I have a project were there is a users data and each user has its own data (home location , SSN , email , password , etc)
and I need a way to change the selected user in one step to run the code with different user data from the excel file …

I am wondering if adding excel and having each user has a column (column name is user’s name) and change it on the suite level .
