how to use span element when using katalon studio for web testing

You will have to discuss your issue more if you want a targeted answer, however, I will say that you use the span as it was to be in your browser. I have had to collect multiple span objects in my project(s), like to compare for dates when some event occurred. Perhaps you need more practice to learning either CSS or XPath to identify pathways to objects.

Edit: if you can show us the HTML around the span object, then we may be able to determine a pathway to assist you.
