How to click on an option in an iframe drop-down menu

I can click on the menu, but the drop-down list is quickly hidden before I can click on one of the options.

I am new to this please could you help me!! :confuso:

Probably you need to mouse hover on Menu then dropdowns appears and then you need to Scroll to element and then click.
Also you can try to use javascript executor or selenium Actions class.
