I’m currently working on API testing in Katalon Studio and would like to switch the interface from Mobile and Web testing to API testing , while selecting the API folder it is converting to Mobile and web interface , please help me out.

What do miss in the UI for the REST API testing? Do you want some button in the tool bar? What do you want to use in the REST API Testing?
