Facing issues with email automation

Hi, I am facing the following issues with email automation (Gmail and Outlook):

  1. Whenever I try to send an email from Gmail. After doing the record and play, I saved the script and running. At runtime, it is showing me a security issue and it is not entering my email and password. So I am stuck at this step. Don’t know how to go forward. Can anyone help?
  2. Whenever I try to send an email from Outlook. After doing the record and play, I saved the script and running (Note: During record and play it is asking for an OTP while logging in to Outlook). At runtime, it is failing at the OTP step. So I am stuck at this step. Don’t know how to go forward. Can anyone help?

Which tool do you use for this Record & Playback? Is this Katalon Recorder?

I use the Record Web option provided by katalon. I attached the screenshot below:

GMail has locked down security and I don’t see believe there is a Selenium or Katalon way to use the application. The point is that Google don’t want you automating accounts
