Facing issue during Desktop Automation - Application is reinstalling everytime I try to record the script and hangs there

I am trying to automate desktop application using Katalon v 9.4.0. Application is already installed in my system, but everytime i start the recording, it asks me to reinstall the exe and hangs with below message for hours-

“Please wait while the InstallShield Wizard extracts the files needed to install exe_name on your computer. This may take a few moments”

Note : I am able to run my other applications (like notepad etc) smoothly without any issues. The size of the exe file is 242 MB.

There was some issue with exe file. Its working fine with latest exe.
