My Question is regarding the Automation script in which we are dealing with PDF document.
As I am using Katalon from last 2 years and I am from Insurance domain which means most of our work is done in PDFs (which are generated by our application).
I have not seen anything new upgrades done for the verification, reading, and clicking in the PDF/word documents. or Image verification
Now you are moving toward AI, dont you think it is important to also, work on the basic needs of testing which is working on various formats of reading, verifying Image/word file/excel/PDF documents.

We just finished testing another software package that would allow us to get the customer’s name and address from a scanned cheque using AI to input into our system. It was so cool. However, there was a charge to use this feature though (because of the use of AI). Perhaps you can research another tool that can do some AI or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) that can report back to your Katalon test.

Thanks, we have this planned in mid 2026 for AI PDF Testing.
The thought was to leverage the AI credentials in StudioAssist. Tech design hasn’t been done yet but there’s a lot of low hanging fruit with PDF testing.
