Device View and Object Capture

Hello,
I am facing two issues here, I have connected my real device samsung J5 and Katalon Studio is on Windows 10

  1. Device View is blank screen
  2. Object is not getting capture giving different errors every time, like execution exception, Null pointer error, etc.

Please guide.
