Data is getting updated so slow in Katalon certification page

For Practitioner level certification, I automated 31 test cases. in the beginning it was showing only 14 TC automated. Now showing 21 automated.

In real I have automated 31 test cases, why data is updating so slow in certification page. Due to this My Practitioner level certification is pending. For more details, please see below screenshot.

This is a known issue. We’re looking into the internal system and working on fixing it. We will let you know when the problem is fixed or if there are any further updates.
