I am working on my Expert Level Certification and completed all the criteria except the below yesterday. But the two highlighted in my screenshot below did not update. Please note these were completed earlier but since the progress from them did not updated. I completed them again yesterday thinking it might update this time but it seems not the case.
Have test execution results in Katalon TestOps - This is the only one remaining for me to complete to attain the certification.

Honestly, I was just exploring and learning the tool and wasn’t thinking about the certification at this time. But when I looked at the progress updating, it motivated me to work towards completing it. No specific reason though. I am now geared up to learn more and complete the API and Mobile testing paths as well.
@viet.nguyen - Yes, the certification does help explore the product to a very good extent. It is easy to follow the knowledge base to use it.
Btw, I am currently watching the below video course and would like your team to take a note, if possible to remove the background music. The music interferes with listening to the presenter. I have so far liked most of the video courses and especially ones delivered by @kirankukreja51
