Add custom fields and tags to test cases in Katalon TestOps isn't updating on katalon academy dashboard

Hi!

I have created multiple test cases in Katalon TestOps and added them custom fields and tags under Test Cases, but no progress has been tracked yet for more than 3 days.

Here’s the actual progress in dashboard

I have been aware that data may take to reflect from 1 to days but no luck.
Can you please look into this? Many thanks.
