Add custom fields and tags to test cases in Katalon TestOps & Run cross-browser test execution in Katalon Studio with TestCloud environments - My count is not getting updated in the certification dashboard

Hi ,
I have created multiple test cases in my test ops and added more than 5 tags and custom fields to these test cases but still the count it shows 0/5 on dashboard for the expert certification.
It hasn’t updated since over 3 days.
Can you have a look please?

Also, Run cross-browser test execution in Katalon Studio with TestCloud environments: 0/1

system takes time to reflect the updates in the dashboard. if dashboard doesn’t reflect even after 48-72hours, @viet.nguyen can help you

Hi @sudgud7,

Can you check on your Expert Certification again?

For Professional one, can you run some executions with TestCloud without the Tunnel (if you haven’t)?

Expert Certification is done but Professional one is pending because of “Run cross-browser test execution in Katalon Studio with TestCloud environments”. I have run it as well both with and without tunnel.
